Freight charges depend on your delivery address, weight of packaging and in somecases volumetric weight.
It is possible to cancel your order if it hasn’t been sent. Contact me and I will help you. Oil paintings take a little longer to ship. If your order has been sent, you will have to return the products in order to receive a refund. The freight will not be refunded. It is also possible to change your order once it has been submitted. This also includes changing a product, removing an item, changing the delivery address or payment method. Email us directly and I can help you .
All packages are sent via Irish Postal System, AnPost. Your order will be sent within 3 working days after it has been placed. Oil paintings may take a little longer. Please contact us if you have special requests.
There are two packaging methods that keep paintings well protected using bubble wrap and cardboard.
Packing unframed paintings: Work will be wrapped in acid free tissue paper for additional protection against moisture. Cling film will hold the tissue in place and protect corners. A layer of bubble wrap. Two pieces of corrugated cardboard are placed on each side and folded around the painting. The package is taped.
On packing framed paintings: The painting will be packed in a slightly larger box with up 3 inches of space available on all sides of the frame. Artwork wrapped with acid-free tissue paper. Cling film and triangles of cardboard will protect the edges that are most susceptible to damage during transport. A layer of bubble wrap. A layer of foam or packaging material in the box, creating a layer to rest the frame on. All open areas surrounding the piece are packed with packing material. The more snug the fit, the less the potential for damage. Packages will be marked as fragile. Please note that custom wooden crates can be requested for larger work. DECIDING ON RETURING ART WORK
Once you’ve received an original artwork, you have seven (7) days to decide whether or not you’d like to keep it or return it for a refund or replacement. Please ensure that that it is returned to the artist in its original delivered condition and packaging. if there is something wrong with the product you have received or if your delivery is not identical to your order (wrong product or if a product is missing), please contact our me. Send an mail, please include as many details as possible including the painting title and your order number. Also please send a picture if there is something wrong with one of the paintings.
If you are not completely satisfied with your art, simply return the unused item in its original packaging within 14 days of receipt for a refund. When we receive the product, we will refund the value of the purchased the product, but not the original freight. All products must be returned in their original packaging with all enclosed documentation and the packaging cannot be broken or in any other way damaged – neither can the product. Otherwise it will not be possible to obtain a refund. You must pay for the freight to return the goods and this must also be arranged by yourself. Please ensure you pack the return safely to prevent any damage to the products or boxes.
Please note that when you return a product it is very important to state the title of the painting as well as your name and address. Without these details we will not be able to process your refund. Furthermore, a detailed description of the problem is necessary – if you have a claim. Remember to provide us with a receipt for your freight charges if we have to reimburse them. Please enclose a return form with the returned products. You can download the return form here. Please contact us for the return address. It can take up to 14 days for us to receive your return, depending on which postal service you use. Once we have received the returned products, we will inspect them and process the refund.
If in the Dublin city area the package can be delivered or collected by hand. Please email directly if you have any questions. When the package is shipped it should take
1 working day to the Ireland/United Kingdom
3 working days to Europe and up to 6 working days to the remaining destinations If nobody is at the address for the delivery, a note is left in the mailbox and the package will be . A second and third attempt to deliver will be made over the next days. If delivery is not possible, the package will be returned to us. When you find the delivery note in your mailbox, contact them to arrange another delivery address and time or tell them the package can be left in your back yard or other request. You can have your package delivered to your work address if this is more convenient for you. This should just be included as Delivery Address. Please note that it is not possible to make a delivery to a PO box.
The freight charge depends on packaging method (if you decide on a wooden box crate) and your delivery address.
